I am having trouble logging into my account. What do I do? There are a few different solutions to your log-in problems:
Check to make sure you're using the correct username and password. Click the "Forgot Password" link. Fill in your username and we'll send your password to the email address on file.
Try logging-in after clicking http://kilt.listenernetwork.com
You may need to add us to your trusted sites. Click here

Registration Do I need to purchase anything to become a member? No, there is no cost to register in the the program
Can I participate in
the program with my Mac? Yes, if you are a Macintosh user, we welcome you to join the program.
If I share my computer with someone else, can we both participate in
the program ? Yes, but each individual will have to register separately. If you share a computer, make sure you are logged in to the right account each before earning Points
I signed up twice by accident. Can you combine my accounts? We're sorry, we cannot combine accounts at this point of time.
My address is not being accepted. Why? Please verify that you are registering with a valid U.S. address. No addresses outside the continental U.S. or P.O. Boxes are accepted at this time.
Why am I seeing the message "Limit 1 Account per Person / 2 Accounts per
Household" on the registration page when I haven’t even signed up yet? When
you first go to the registration page the disclaimer at the top reads "Limit 1
Account per Person / 2 Accounts per Household." You will see this even though
there is no error with your registration. Fill out the registration form
completely, and click the "Register Now" button. If there is a problem with the
registration a *NEW* error message will appear in red at the top of the page.
It will alert you to what to be corrected within your registration form.
Usually, it is something simple like a zip code, a last name, or selecting your time zone.

I forgot my password. How do I get it? Click the "Forgot Password" link. Fill in your username and we'll send your password to the email address on file. Or provide the Email Address used during registration and we'll reply with your Username & Password.
How do I access and make changes to my personal profile and shipping address? You may access your "Edit Profile" and "Ship To Address" from the "My Account" page located on the top menu bar. On the "Edit Profile" page you may change/update password, email, birth date, gender, and zip and on the Ship To Address page you may change/update the shipping address. I received my prize but it was broken or defective. What do I do? If your prize is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly. If the product arrived broken due to shipping reasons, you must file a claim with the shipping company.

who do I ask? Just submit your question to Member Support.
What are System Notifications? These are notification emails that are generated and sent by the system automatically. (Such as:
Winner Notifications and Prize Cancellations) For this reason, every member must provide a valid email address as a condition of membership. System notifications can not be opted-out from.

What are Points?
Points are your ticket to prizes! We’ll award you Points for
the things you do on the site. Once you collect enough Points, you may use
them for prize opportunities under the
"Use Points" Menu. How do I earn Points? To see all Points earning opportunities check out the "Get Points" area.
I referred a friend to
the program and I have not received my referral Points. When do I get credited for Points? You will be credited as soon as your friend confirms his or her registration. Once s/he registers s/he will receive a confirmation email that s/he has to complete. Once s/he does this, you will receive your referral Points. The 10% Primary Referral Points are updated once a week. (Monday A.M.)
Can a friend and I pool our Points together? No, we do not allow for the pooling of Points into one account.

How do I use my Points? To use your Points, please visit
"Use Points" . Explanations of particular opportunities may be found on the item
description page for any given prize.
How do I know if I won
an Auction/Sweepstake/Trade-In? the winner of any contest is always notified
with a winning confirmation e-mail. Another way to check to see if you won is
to log on and click on "My Account" and then "Where's My Stuff."

...how do I get my prize?
We ship
When we ship prizes, we offer free shipping to members who are eligible
to participate in the program. We will ship your prize to you 3-8 weeks from
the closing of the prize (as long as you have provided the correct shipping
information). If you need to correct this information, go to the "Ship-to
Address" page in the "My Account" section.
You pick up
You will also receive a winner notification email with the pick-up details.
What is the limit on the number of prizes I may win? Upon receiving a prize, a member account will be prohibited from winning prizes or attempting to win prizes for a consecutive [30] day period.
